Yizo Privacy Policy

Yizo is a lifestyle app designed to help you take your next step. We don't collect, store, or share your personal data. Here's what you need to know.

Everything Stays on Your Device

Yizo runs entirely on your device. Your app data, preferences, progress, and any personal information you add are stored locally. If you choose to sync your data across devices, this happens through iCloud (for Apple devices) or Google Drive (for Android devices), but all data is encrypted end-to-end—only you can access it, even we cannot see your data.

No Analytics, No Tracking

We don't use any analytics tools or services to track your behavior, measure engagement, or build user profiles. The only analytics data we have access to are the anonymized statistics provided by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store—we don't run any analytics on our own.

Optional Bug Reports

Yizo includes a button in the app that allows you to report a bug. If you choose to use it, the bug report will collect the app's console logs and device information (device model, operating system version, app version, region, language), along with your optional description of the error and screenshots. This information is compiled into an email that we can review to improve the app. Using this feature is completely optional and entirely your choice—we use this only to improve the app's functionality, not for tracking or analytics.

Your Data is Secure

Since Yizo runs entirely on your device and doesn't send your data to our servers, your app usage and personal information are completely private. If you enable optional data syncing, your data is encrypted end-to-end—we cannot access it, only you can. Your device's standard security features protect your local data. If you choose to use the optional bug report feature, any information you include is compiled into an email that you can review and approve before sending.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain legal rights regarding your personal data. These may include the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your data, or withdraw consent for data processing. Data export to another service is not currently available but may be offered in the future. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@spaceforgers.com with details about your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days).

Data Retention

Your app data is stored on your device for as long as you have Yizo installed. If you uninstall the app, all local data is deleted from your device. If you sync your data through iCloud or Google Drive, you must delete it manually from those services' settings—we have no control over cloud data deletion. Bug reports are stored securely and typically deleted after 90 days once the issue is resolved. A feature to delete all app data directly from Yizo will be added in the future.

Data Security & Breach Notification

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. If we discover a security breach that could affect your data, we will notify you without unreasonable delay as required by law. For data synced through iCloud or Google Drive, any security incidents would be handled by Apple or Google respectively according to their security policies. You can review their privacy and security practices on their official websites.

Third Party Services

Yizo uses iCloud (Apple) or Google Drive (Google) for optional cloud backup and syncing. These services are encrypted end-to-end and managed by Apple and Google respectively. Your Rights

Since your data stays on your device and we don't store it on our servers, you already have full control. You can delete the app and all data anytime. If you've sent us bug reports or support emails, you can request deletion at privacy@spaceforgers.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Jurisdiction and Complaints

Yizo is developed by Space, based in Spain (European Union). We comply with EU GDPR regulations. If you have concerns, contact us at privacy@spaceforgers.com or file a complaint with your local data protection authority (AEPD in Spain: www.aepd.es).

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will provide additional notice such as a notification in the app or email to users. Your continued use of Yizo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
